Order Delivery

1. Shipping and Delivery Process Your orders are carefully packaged to preserve their freshness and aroma.

  • Same Day Shipping: Orders placed on weekdays until 2:00 PM are shipped on the same day. Orders placed after 2:00 PM will be processed on the next business day.
  • Shipping Company: Our shipments are carried under the assurance of [Yurtiçi Kargo / DHL Kargo].
  • Delivery Time: After your package is shipped, the delivery time is approximately 1-3 business days, depending on your region. (Delivery times may vary in mobile service areas).
  • Shipment Tracking: When your order is shipped, a "Tracking Number" will be sent to your registered email address and phone.
  • Free Shipping: Shipping is free for orders over 1000 TL.

2. Return and Exchange Conditions At Moaya Cacao, your satisfaction is our priority. Your rights under the Consumer Protection Law are reserved.

  • Right of Withdrawal: You can return the product you purchased within 14 (fourteen) days from the delivery date, provided that its packaging is unopened, undamaged, and unused.
  • Food Safety: Since our products are classified as "Foodstuff", returns of products with opened packaging, torn security seals, or that have been sampled are not accepted due to health and hygiene regulations.
  • Return Process: To return a product, you can request a "Return Code" by sending an email to [hello@moayacollective.com] or by contacting us via our WhatsApp line. For returns sent with our contracted cargo company, the shipping fee will be covered by us.

3. Damaged or Missing Products Please inspect the package in the presence of the delivery person when receiving your shipment.

  • If the package is crushed, torn, or leaking; have the delivery person issue a "Damage Assessment Report" and do not accept the product.
  • Products for which a report has been issued will be exchanged or refunded immediately. Our company is not responsible for damaged packages received without a report and without inspection.
